SATURDAYS: NOON - 9PM

SUNDAYS: NOON - 6PM

Blind Bat Brewery is a small craft brewery launched in Centerport, L.i. N.Y. in 2008.

We established our little Bistro & Take-Away in June 2019.

Proudly brewing with New York State ingredients,

we source our food ingredients as

sustainable, local, and organic as possible.



The meats we serve are all raised humanely and sustainably

on small farms and ranches

without the use of growth hormones or

antibiotics.

At the bistro, we use compostable wooden

utensils and plant-based drinkware.
